系统采用电涡流制动器作加载器；采用转矩传感器进行电机扭矩测试；采用电量变送器进行电机电参数测试，以完成电压测量、电流测量、功率因数测量、功率测量、效率测量、频率测量；采用数字温度传感器进行温度测量；根据用户要求设计电机测试软件，输出电机测试报告。整个系统是一个电机综合试验台。
该系统可以进行加载试验、效率试验、温升试验、堵转试验。
System uses the eddy current brakes for loader; used motor torque, torque sensors test; use of electrical power transducer for electrical and mechanical parameters of tests to complete the voltage measurement, current measurement, power factor measurement, power measurement, efficiency measurement, frequency measurement; using digital temperature sensor for temperature measurement; according to the user to design electrical test software, the output motor test report.
