本装置适用于制药、食品、轻工、化工等行业的稀酒精回收。也适用于甲醇等其他溶煤的蒸馏。本装置根据用户的要求，可将30℃左右的稀酒精蒸馏至900℃—95℃酒精，成品酒精度要求越高，可加大回流比，但产量则相应降低。W型也可用于甲醇等蒸馏。W型为间歇式，ZW型为连。 This device is used for thin alcohol recovery in pharmaceutical industry, food industry, light industry and chemical industry, etc. It is also applicable for distillation of other solvents. This device can distill thin alcohol at about 30℃ to alcohol within 900℃—95℃ according to the requirements of the users. You may increase reflow ratio as the accuracy of finished products (wine) is higher, but accordingly the output will decrease. Type W can also be use for distillation of methanol. The type W is of intermittent mode and ZW is of continuous mode. |
