自贡自泵球阀三通球阀有T型和L型和Y型。T型能使三条正交的管道相互联通和切断第三条通道,起分流、合流作用。L型只能连接相互正交的两条管道,不能同时保持第三条管道的相互连通,只起分配作用。Y型的流道形式为120°切换,流道平坦、流体阻力小、流通能力强,不会使介质停留在流道内部,实现各管道能够得到很好的、很顺的切换。
球体和阀座密封根据工况不同,可分别采用软密封、喷焊镍基合金(硬度>HRC60)、超音速涂钨钴合金(硬度>HCR70)及特种硬化材料等多种先进工艺,适用各种苛刻工况,软密封适用280℃以下工况,硬密封碳钢不超过425℃,不锈钢不超过450℃。

There are 3 types of three way ball valves: T-type, L-type and Y-type. T-type can make three orthogonal pipelines connect with each other and cut off the third port, which divides or converge the medium flow. L-type can only connect two mutually orthogonal pipelines, and can not keep the third pipeline interconnected at the same time, but only play a role of distribution. The Y-type flow ports are angle: 120 °, with flat flow port, small fluid resistance and strong flow capacity, which will not make the medium stay in the flow port, so as to achieve a good and smooth switching of each pipeline.
According to different working conditions, the ball and valve seat seal can adopt various advanced technologies such as soft seal, spray welding nickel base alloy (hardness > HRC60), supersonic tungsten cobalt alloy (hardness > HRC70) and special hardening materials, which are suitable for various harsh working conditions. The soft seal is suitable for working conditions below 280 ℃, the hard seal carbon steel is not more than 425 ℃, and the stainless steel is not more than 450 ℃.
